Attend Cooper Fellow Alumni Shounak Reza’s event: The Turkish Jewish Community: Before & After the Establishment of the Republic. Featuring one of our professors, Dr. Samuel Torjman Thomas!

Join them for a short film screening on the Turkish Jewish community, with a focus on the Ladino language. This will be accompanied by a panel discussion, which will cover the topics discussed in the film, along with the history of the Turkish Jewish community and the implications that Turkish nationalism had for the community.
